We are actively seeking partners to invest in multi-family real estate throughout Colorado and Texas. We bring partners together to acquire properties that will give the partnership yield from the first day of ownership, and we continue to increase the value of our properties with vigilant, on-going management. Wolfe RE Mgmt, LLC will strive to produce successful real estate investments for our partners while sharing experience and knowledge of multi-family real estate. We will seek out ways to improve the living conditions of our residents such as adding amenities and organizing community events. By raising the bar at our own properties, we will, in turn, enrich surrounding communities.

Kenneth Wolfe
Kenny is a principal in 1199 units in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas of Texas, and in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and continues to search for more transactions. He oversees the closing process from start to finish. Kenny also manages the asset’s progress post-close and throughout the sale or re-finance of a property, effectively communicating to the partners regarding the status of the investment. Prior to co-founding Wolfe RE Mgmt., Kenny served as CFO for Twin Cities Development, LP based in the heart of the Haynesville Shale. He was responsible for all areas of accounting and financial reporting, as well as the human resources role for 140 employees and independent contractors. Kenny has a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from University of Texas – Arlington.
Teresa Wolfe
Teresa is a principal in 1199 units in the Dallas/Fort Worth and Houston areas of Texas, and in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She co-founded Wolfe RE Mgmt and assists with closing new acquisitions and the ongoing management of our properties post-close with focuses on PR and marketing. Prior to co-founding Wolfe RE Mgmt., Teresa served as Administrative Director for Twin Cities Development, LP. She was responsible for the administration department, including management of personnel; all forms of communication with the operating company and the public; reporting and quality control of data-base entry; and filing legal documents. Teresa has a BS in Psychology from Baylor University.
