Chris Christensen
Mr. Christensen has extensive experience with real estate finance, real estate development, and construction. He is a practicing attorney and current owner of Altius Legal, PLLC, a law firm specializing in business and real estate law. Prior to forming Altius Development, Inc. and its subsidiary construction company, Edge Construction, LLC, Mr. Christensen successfully advised numerous lenders, developers, and borrowers with regard to their start-up needs, including financial structuring and asset protection. His practice also focused on complex private placements of securities, in which he structured a large number of deals for companies seeking to raise capital under Regulation D Offering Exemptions. Additionally, after the companies raised the capital, he advised the companies as to the use of the funds in their business needs. Mr. Christensen has a masters degree in international business. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience focused heavily on deal structuring, asset protection, and risk management, all of which will be valuable tools for the success of iCap Equity.

Bryan Brown is the president of Edge Construction and is among the most experienced and respected construction managers in the state of Washington. Bryan has 17 years of new home construction and commercial construction experience. He has built over 1,500 homes in western Washington, including production home building, custom homes, high-end remodels and additions, and spec homes. His commercial experience includes construction of light commercial buildings and assisted care facilities, as well as construction consulting. Bryan has trained many construction managers and superintendants to perform at a high level of efficiency and quality. Edge Construction, LLC is a subsidiary of Altius Development, Inc. and is a full service general contractor. Any project that does not perform as planned and which iCap takes over will be completed by Edge. Edge has a solid team of subcontractors who work very efficiently, quickly, and cost effectively. The company also performs periodic inspections to provide reports to iCap which outline the status and completion of each project.
